For cancellations to which the refund is accepted by SUPREME pursuant to these Terms &Conditions. SUPREME does not guarantee funds will be released back to the User bank account immediately. The User acknowledges and agrees that SUPREME will not be responsible or liable to a delay by User bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into his account.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

The credit/debit card will normally not be charged if an order is rejected, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or order. Products are shipped per the Incoterms statement on the SUPREME Purchase Order acknowledgement or Invoice, or, in the absence of such statement, F.O.B. point of shipment. Title and risk of loss transfers to the User upon delivery to the carrier. If SUPREME pays freight on the Purchase Order SUPREME may designate the means of transportation and routing. If User requires alternative means of shipment, User will pay any resulting costs. The average time to fill Product orders is three (3) business days or less. Lead times are as stated by SUPREME and Products may be placed on backorder at SUPREME discretion.
Where Product availability is limited for any reason, SUPREME may fill Purchase Orders or otherwise allocate Products in any manner it deems appropriate. Under no circumstances will SUPREME be liable for failure to ship, or for User’s failure to receive, Products by a certain date. SUPREME may require prepayment of any Purchase Order. Any credit extended to User is done at SUPREME discretion and subject to SUPREME credit requirements. User must keep its account current at all times. SUPREME may withhold shipments, payments, or other benefits, and/or assess late fees and interest on past due amounts until the account balance is current.
SUPREME cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the Purchase Order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is arranged by the User.
If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to SUPREME, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action.
Unless exceptions apply, the User may be eligible to withdraw from the purchase within the period specified below (generally 3 days), for any reason and without justification. To exercise their right of withdrawal, Users must send to SUPREME an unequivocal statement of their intention to withdraw from the purchase. In order to meet the deadline within which they can exercise such right, Users must send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
The guarantee of conformity for goods applies to the items available on https://supreme.film in accordance with the Products Warranty.
Customer may return any unopened Products within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund subject to SUPREME acceptance and the Warranty terms and conditions. Any custom-cut or custom-manufactured Products may not be returned.

If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this condition shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
No failure or delay by SUPREME to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms & Conditions or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. SUPREME reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms, taking the User’s legitimate interests into account. Provisions regarding changes of these Terms will apply accordingly.
Users shall not assign, novate, or otherwise transfer any of their rights, obligations, or interests under and in connection with these Terms &Conditions, without the written permission of SUPREME.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Dubai and the Applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Dubai Courts shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any litigation between the User and SUPREME. The User agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of such Court in the event of any litigation.
The Parties shall, in good faith and with the spirit of cooperation, use all reasonable efforts to amicably settle any Dispute that arises out of or about these Conditions or the breach, termination, or validity thereof through constructive discussions and negotiations.
If the Dispute is not settled amicably within nighty (90) days from the date the Dispute is first notified in writing to the other party, any party may have such Dispute settled exclusively by the courts of Dubai, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear, determine any action or proceeding and to settle any disputes which may arise out of or about these Terms & Conditions.
